From cruises and Disney adventures to Universal Studios, road trips, historical landmarks, beach vacations, National Parks, and long weekends away, they meticulously planned and shared these enriching experiences with their children as well as extended friends and family. Now, decades later, Phyllis’s passion for sharing the wonders of the world with people from various budgets and backgrounds remains undiminished. This driving force has earned her the affectionate title of Destination Specialist among her family and friends. Based in beautiful Hilton Head, SC, Chloe brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for travel to our team. Originally from England Chole moved to the US after finishing university. She is happily married and a proud mother of two children.

Chloe’s love for travel was sparked by her childhood family holidays across Europe, The Caribbean, and even Dubai. Her favorite travel destinations include the stunning Italian coastline, the vibrant island of St. Maarten, the charming streets of Key West, and magical Disney parks. Shes also captivated by the beauty of the Bahamas and the enchanting experiences found where the sand meets the ocean. On her travel bucket list are the awe-inspiring landscapes of Australia and New Zealand. With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles in a hotel management and vacation rentals, Chloe has a keen understand of what makes a vacation exceptional. Her expertise extends from researching and booking variations to ensuring that every detail is tailored to your needs. Chole is thrilled to be rejoining our team alongside Shelby, eager to contribute her knowledge and passion to help take Dream Travel Genies to new heights!

Residing in San Antonio, Texas, Shelby is a passionate travel enthusiast and a valuable addition to the Dream Travel Genies team. With a lifelong love for exploring new cultures and destinations. her travel journey began at a young age and has only deepened over the years. A newlywed with two cherished rescue fur babies. Shelby balances her time between exciting vacations and serene staycations enjoying the scenes in Texas.

Her travel adventures span from the picturesque beaches of Destin and Fort Lauderdale, FL, the rolling hills of Texas Hill Country, the Dominican Republic. Cococay, and the historic charm of Mallorca, Rome, and Dublin. Shelby is looking forward to the day when she can plan her bucket list trip to Thailand!

Shelby’s academic background includes a degree in Tourism and Recreational Service, complemented by a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career has been marked by roles in customer service management and tourism, where she has expertly organized group trips for events such as relay races, weddings, and business travel.
